В соответствии с распоряжением Правительства Российской Федерации от 6 июня 2020 г. № 1511-р пункт 2 Распоряжения Правительства Российской Федерации от 27 марта 2020 года № 763-р иностранный гражданин, въезжающий в Российскую Федерацию в целях лечения, должен предъявить действительные документы, удостоверяющие его личность и признаваемые Российской Федерацией в этом качестве, и визы либо в безвизовом порядке в случаях, предусмотренных международными договорами Российской Федерации, а также документы (копии документов), выданные медицинской организацией, подтверждающие приглашение на лечение, с указанием времени проведения лечения или документы (копии документов), оформленные Минздравом России. Информация об Окружном кардиологическом диспансер «Центре диагностики и сердечно-сосудистой хирургии»

БУ ХМАО – Югры «Окружной кардиологический диспансер «Центр диагностики и сердечно-сосудистой хирургии» – крупнейшее лечебное учреждение кардиологической службы округа. Окружной кардиологический диспансер входит в число лучших клиник Уральского федерального округа и России, оказывающих медицинскую помощь пациентам с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями.

В 1995 году было образовано государственное медицинское учреждение «Окружной клинико-диагностический центр» (ОКДЦ). В 1997 году на арендованных площадях ОКДЦ было открыто кардиохирургическое отделение, а уже в сентябре 1998 г. в стенах Учреждения была проведена первая в Ханты-Мансийском автономном округе - Югре открытая операция на сердце. За 29 лет Клинико-диагностический центр вырос в ультрасовременный Центр диагностики и сердечно-сосудистой хирургии, в котором представлены все виды специализированной, в том числе высокотехнологичной, медицинской помощи пациентам с заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы.

Техническое оснащение Центра (более 2000 единиц современного медицинского оборудования) позволяет осуществлять все необходимые обследования, операции и другие процедуры пациентам с заболеваниями сердца и сосудов в режиме 24 часа 7 дней в неделю 365 дней в году.

Ежегодно в стационарных условиях получают лечение около 8500 пациентов, выполняется более 4000 операций на сердце и сосудах, проводится свыше 1300000 консультативно-диагностических услуг. Великолепно оборудованный, располагающий самой современной аппаратурой, Центр дает возможность всем жителям и гостям округа воспользоваться медицинским обслуживанием, отвечающим самым высоким требованиям и стандартам, основанным на международных протоколах.

В кардиодиспансере работает более 1100 сотрудников. 15 сотрудников являются кандидатами медицинских наук, 1 доктор медицинских наук, 4 – главными внештатными специалистами Департамента здравоохранения ХМАО – Югры (по кардиологии, аритмологии, по сердечно-сосудистой хирургии (детской), по управлению сестринской деятельностью), 33% врачей имеют высшие квалификационные категории. Окружной кардиологический диспансер является клинической базой кафедры кардиологии медицинского института Сургутского государственного университета, что позволяет сотрудникам Учреждения повышать уровень знаний, взаимодействуя с ведущими российскими и зарубежными медицинскими клиниками. Квалификация врачей Центра и уровень технической оснащенности позволяют применять новые, сложные, уникальные, ресурсоемкие методы лечения, в т.ч. с использованием роботизированной техники, информационных технологий, разработанных на основе достижений медицины и смежных отраслей науки и техники.

Check-ups for International Patients

Cardiopassport is a basic cardiac check-up package recommended for individuals who want to evaluate their cardiovascular system and to assess possible cardiac complications that may arise in future. This package includes essential and informative tests. A patient is provided with a cardiologist’s report and recommendations for further examinations, treatment and prevention of complications.

Check-up duration time: 5 hours.

Healthy Heart and Vessels is an advanced cardiovascular check-up package. It allows not only to evaluate the cardiovascular system but also to find out the reason of arrhythmia and to assess neck vessels, lower extremities vessels and thyroid gland. The package provides multidisciplinary approach to healthcare: a patient gets medical reports from a cardiologist, a neurologist and an endocrinologist.

Check-up duration time: 6 – 7 hours.

Woman’s Health Status is a check-up package designed for women who want to assess all the body systems: respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular, urinary track, reproductive and endocrine. The package includes laboratory, ultrasonic, functional and endoscopic diagnostics. A patient is provided with the comprehensive information about her body state, gets medical advice and treatment options. Medical reports are made by an internist and an obstetrician-gynecologist. Consultations of other specialists will be provided if necessary.

Man’s Health Status is a check-up package designed for all men who take care of their health. It is a comprehensive health check package, which helps in the overall assessment of all the systems of the body: respiratory, digestive, cardiovascular, urinary, endocrine and reproductive. The package includes laboratory, ultrasound, functional and endoscopic diagnostics. A patient gets full evaluation of major systems of the body, dietary and healthy lifestyle guidelines and treatment prescription. Medical reports are made by an internist and an urologist. Consultations of other specialists will be provided if necessary.

Check-up duration time: 6 – 8 hours.

Cancer Rick Minimization is a check-up package designed for all people having genetic predisposition to cancer and those who want to prevent development of cancer. The package includes full body MRI and tumor markers tests. Medical report is made by an internist. Specifying diagnostic techniques will be provided if necessary.

Spinal Disorders Diagnostics is a check-up package designed for those suffering from back pain, impaired limb sensibility and limited range of motion and body rotation. The package includes MRI of all the regions of spine. Medical report is made by a neurologist.
